Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information and sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- We only send text messages to people who opt in on our website form at empezar.latinocontractorinsurance.com/sms by checking the consent box.
- Messages are about your insurance request: follow-up questions, document reminders and policy updates.

What we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone, email, business details (type of work, city, years in business, employees, approximate revenue), your current insurance and what your clients require.
- If you opt in to text messages: your mobile number, the date and time of your consent and the consent text you saw.
- One technical session cookie to keep your online conversation. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- So a licensed agent can review your case and prepare insurance options.
- To contact you about your request, including by text message only if you opted in.
How we share it
- We do not sell your information.
- We share business and insurance details with insurance companies and wholesalers only to quote or place the policy you request.
- We use service providers (web hosting and an artificial-intelligence text processor) that act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and we disclose information when required by law.
- None of the above includes your mobile number or your text-messaging opt-in data and consent, which are never shared with third parties or affiliates.
How long we keep it
A request with no activity is deleted after 90 days. If your request reaches agent review and approval, we keep the file as part of the agency's records. Records of text-message consent are kept as proof of consent. You can ask us to delete your information by writing to info@latinocontractorinsurance.com, except what the law requires us to keep.

Information travels encrypted and is stored with role-restricted access.
